The bullet points are quite long and contain process tips. Move those bits of the bullet to the relevant sections and link to them. Use a table for nicer formatting of the checklist. We don't currently have a clear place in the documentation to describe the roles and responsibilities of a maintainer. Lets create one so we can. acpi/tests/avocado/bits: some misc fixes

Most of the changes are trivial. The bits test timeout has now been increased to 200 seconds in order to accommodate slower systems and fewer unnecessary failures. Removed of the reference to non-existent README file in docs. Some minor corrections in the doc file.
