This is a counterpart to the HMP "info rdma" command. It is being
added with an "x-" prefix because this QMP command is intended as an
adhoc debugging tool and will thus not be modelled in QAPI as fully
structured data, nor will it have long term guaranteed stability.
The existing HMP command is rewritten to call the QMP command.

Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.

Patch generated using:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
    $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

Rename the macro to be consistent with RDMA_PROVIDER and
RDMA_PROVIDER_GET_CLASS.

This will make future conversion to OBJECT_DECLARE* easier.

Allow interrogating device internals through HMP interface.
The exposed indicators can be used for troubleshooting by developers or
sysadmin.
There is no need to expose these attributes to a management system (e.x.
libvirt) because (1) most of them are not "device-management' related
info and (2) there is no guarantee the interface is stable.
