iotests: define group in each iotest

We are going to drop group file. Define group in tests as a preparatory step. iotests: Enable fuse for many tests

Many tests (that do not support generic protocols) can run just fine with FUSE-exported images, so allow them to. Note that this is no attempt at being definitely complete. There are some tests that might be modified to run on FUSE, but this patch still skips them. This patch only tries to pick the rather low-hanging fruits. Note that 221 and 250 only pass when .lseek is correctly implemented, which is only possible with a libfuse that is 3.8 or newer. iotests: Replace IMGOPTS= by -o

Tests should not overwrite all user-supplied image options, but only add to it (which will effectively overwrite conflicting values). Accomplish this by passing options to _make_test_img via -o instead of $IMGOPTS. For some tests, there is no functional change because they already only appended options to IMGOPTS. For these, this patch is just a simplification. For others, this is a change, so they now heed user-specified $IMGOPTS. Some of those tests do not work with all image options, though, so we need to disable them accordingly. iotests: Skip test 079 if it is not possible to create large files

Test 079 fails in the arm64, s390x and ppc64le LXD containers on Travis (which we will hopefully enable in our CI soon). These containers apparently do not allow large files to be created. Test 079 tries to create a 4G sparse file, which is apparently already too big for these containers, so check first whether we can really create such files before executing the test. A lot of tests run fine on FreeBSD and macOS, too - the limitation to Linux here was likely just copied-and-pasted from other tests. Thus remove the "_supported_os Linux" line from tests that run successful in our CI pipelines on FreeBSD and macOS. qemu-iotests: Improve portability by searching bash in the $PATH

Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD, the package installs it in /usr/local/bin. Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH. Running git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last use. iotests: Prepare for refcount_bits option

Some tests do not work well with certain refcount widths (i.e. you cannot create internal snapshots with refcount_bits=1), so make those widths unsupported. Furthermore, add another filter to _filter_img_create in common.filter which filters out the refcount_bits value. This is necessary for test 079, which does actually work with any refcount width, but invoking qemu-img directly leads to the refcount_bits value being visible in the output; use _make_test_img instead which will filter it out. In preparation to possible automatic regression and performance testing for the block layer I found that the iotests don't work for all protocols anymore. In commit 1f7bf7d0 I started to change supported protocols from generic to file for various tests. Unfortunately, some tests added in the meantime again carry generic protocol altough they can only work with file because they require local file access.
