* hw/misc/unimp: Display the offset with width of the region sizePhilippe Mathieu-Daudé2020-08-281-4/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | To have a better idea of how big is the region where the offset belongs, display the value with the width of the region size (i.e. a region of 0x1000 bytes uses 0x000 format). * hw/misc/unimp: Display the value with width of the access sizePhilippe Mathieu-Daudé2020-08-281-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | To quickly notice the access size, display the value with the width of the access (i.e. 16-bit access is displayed 0x0000, while 8-bit access 0x00). * hw/misc/unimp: Display value after offsetPhilippe Mathieu-Daudé2020-08-281-4/+4
| | | | | | | | | | To better align the read/write accesses, display the value after the offset (read accesses only display the offset). * qdev: set properties with device_class_set_props()Marc-André Lureau2020-01-241-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The following patch will need to handle properties registration during class_init time. * Include hw/hw.h exactly where neededMarkus Armbruster2019-08-161-1/+0Star
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/hw.h triggers a recompile of some 2600 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h). The previous commits have left only the declaration of hw_error() in hw/hw.h. This permits dropping most of its inclusions. Touching it now recompiles less than 200 objects. | | | | | | | | | | | Move the definition of the struct for the unimplemented-device from unimp.c to unimp.h, so that users can embed the struct in their own device structs if they prefer. * hw/misc: New "unimplemented" sysbus devicePeter Maydell2017-02-071-0/+107
Create a new "unimplemented" sysbus device, which simply accepts all read and write accesses, and implements them as read-as-zero, write-ignored, with logging of the access as LOG_UNIMP. This is useful for stubbing out bits of an SoC or board model which haven't been written yet.
