The head of the list will be used for events. This fixes the keyboard-dead-after-usb-kbd-unplug issue, key events will be re-routed to the ps/2 kbd instead of being discarded. Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target. However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
