This model is a top level integration wrapper for hcd-dwc3 and
versal-usb2-ctrl-regs modules, this is used by xilinx versal soc's and
future xilinx usb subsystems would also be part of it.

This patch adds skeleton model of dwc3 usb controller attached to
xhci-sysbus device. It defines global register space of DWC3 controller,
global registers control the AXI/AHB interfaces properties, external FIFO
support and event count support. All of which are unimplemented at
present,we are only supporting core reset and read of ID register.

This module emulates control registers of versal usb2 controller, this is added
just to make guest happy. In general this module would control the phy-reset
signal from usb controller, data coherency of the transactions, signals
the host system errors received from controller.

Move a bunch of defines which might be needed outside core xhci
code to that place. Add XHCI_ prefixes to avoid name clashes.
No functional change.

Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.
Patch generated using:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
--pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.
Followed by:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
$(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

The CPUReadMemoryFunc/CPUWriteMemoryFunc typedefs are legacy
remnant from before the conversion to MemoryRegions.
Since they are now only used in tusb6010.c and hcd-musb.c,
move them to "hw/usb/musb.h" and rename them appropriately.

Import the dwc-hsotg (dwc2) register definitions file from the
Linux kernel. This is a copy of drivers/usb/dwc2/hw.h from the
mainline Linux kernel, the only changes being to the header, and
two instances of 'u32' changed to 'uint32_t' to allow it to
compile. Checkpatch throws a boatload of errors due to the tab
indentation, but I would rather import it as-is than reformat it.

Add basic USB PHY support as implemented in i.MX23, i.MX28, i.MX6,
and i.MX7 SoCs.
The only support really needed - at least to boot Linux - is support
for soft reset, which needs to reset various registers to their initial
value. Otherwise, just record register values.
