Merge what is left of qemu-tech into the main manual as an appendix.
Ultimately we should have a new internals manual built from docs/, and
then the "Translator Internals" parts of qemu-tech could move to docs/
as well. The bits on limitation and features of CPU emulation should
remain in qemu-doc.

These are interesting for users too, since nowadays most
qemu-user users are going to be somewhat technical rather than
just people that want to run Wine. Some detail is lost, on
the other hand some of the information I removed (e.g. basic
block unchaining) was obsolete.

The user manual has an obsolete introduction, and the one in
the internals manual lists QEMU's features quite nicely.
Drop the obsolete content and remove generic user-level
documentation from qemu-tech.

The HPPA backend has been removed by the following commit:
802b5081233a6b643a8b135a5facaf14bafaa77d
tcg-hppa: Remove tcg backend
But some small pieces of the HPPA backend still survived until
today. Since we also do not have support for a HPPA target in
QEMU, we can nowadays safely remove the remaining HPPA parts
(like the disassembler code, or the detection of HPPA in the
configure script).

Rename the per-architecture tcg-target.c files to tcg-target.inc.c.
This makes it clearer that they are not intended to be standalone
C files, but are instead #included into another source file.

It's been orphaned, not compiling for a long time and despite Apple's
drop of their Rosetta ppc emulation technology with Mac OS X Lion no one
has stepped up to fix it.
Testing necessary changes wrt QOM'ification thus is impossible, so we
might as well remove it completely.

At least for Linux distributions UTF-8 is now standard,
so the QEMU documentation should use this encoding, too.
Even if there was currently only a single special character
using ISO-8859-1, this might change in the future.
So the texinfo keywords @documentlanguage and
@documentencoding now document the language and the
encoding. The special character was changed to UTF-8
(it could also have been changed to an x, but the
original cross looks really nice if it is displayed
correctly).
These changes fix the html presentation at
http://www.qemu.org/qemu-doc.html#SEC65
(ARM System emulator).

update-info-dir maintains an index of all available
documentation in info format (the file /usr/share/info/dir).
It reads special @direntry tags in info files.
This patch (extracted from a larger patch provided by
Dirk Ullrich) adds these tags for qemu-doc.info and
qemu-tech.info.

kqemu introduces a number of restrictions on the i386 target. The worst is that
it prevents large memory from working in the default build.
Furthermore, kqemu is fundamentally flawed in a number of ways. It relies on
the TSC as a time source which will not be reliable on a multiple processor
system in userspace. Since most modern processors are multicore, this severely
limits the utility of kqemu.
kvm is a viable alternative for people looking to accelerate qemu and has the
benefit of being supported by the upstream Linux kernel. If someone can
implement work arounds to remove the restrictions introduced by kqemu, I'm
happy to avoid and/or revert this patch.
N.B. kqemu will still function in the 0.11 series but this patch removes it from
the 0.12 series.
Paul, please Ack or Nack this patch.
