Some tests need to run single tests for every available machine of the
current QEMU binary. To avoid code duplication, let's extract this
code that deals with 'query-machines' into a separate function.

The path is allocated and should be freed.
The qmp response should be unref, but then 'machine' must be duplicated.
Use a destroy function for the PCTestData.

Replace uses of g_test_add_data_func() for QTest test cases.
It is still valid to use it for any non-QTest test cases,
which are not run for multiple target binaries.

Test non-default -smp core and thread counts and a non-default CPU model
on all PC machines except for isapc. Note that not all historic versions
actually supported this particular configuration, ignored for simplicity.
For machines pc-*-1.5+ test QMP cpu-add with monotonically increasing ID,
and test for graceful failure otherwise.
