* iotests: Test backup job with two guest writesMax Reitz2019-08-061-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Perform two guest writes to not yet backed up areas of an image, where the former touches an inner area of the latter. Before HEAD^, copy offloading broke this in two ways: (1) The target image differs from the reference image (what the source was when the backup started). (2) But you will not see that in the failing output, because the job offset is reported as being greater than the job length. This is because one cluster is copied twice, and thus accounted for twice, but of course the job length does not increase. * iotests: Add regresion test case for write notifier assertion failureFam Zheng2015-12-031-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | The idea is to let the top level bs have a big request alignment with blkdebug, so that the aio_write request issued from monitor will be serialised. This tests that QEMU doesn't crash upon the read request from the backup job's write notifier, which is a very special case of "reentrant" request. * Add tests for sync modes 'TOP' and 'NONE'Ian Main2013-07-261-0/+5
This patch adds tests for sync modes top and none. Test for 'TOP' is separated out as it requires a backing file. Also added a test for invalid format. Signed-off-by: Ian Main <imain@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Kevin Wolf <kwolf@redhat.com>
