We are going to drop group file. Define group in tests as a preparatory
step.
The patch is generated by
cd tests/qemu-iotests
grep '^[0-9]\{3\} ' group | while read line; do
file=$(awk '{print $1}' <<< "$line");
groups=$(sed -e 's/^... //' <<< "$line");
awk "NR==2{print \"# group: $groups\"}1" $file > tmp;
cat tmp > $file;
done

Many tests (that do not support generic protocols) can run just fine
with FUSE-exported images, so allow them to. Note that this is no
attempt at being definitely complete. There are some tests that might
be modified to run on FUSE, but this patch still skips them. This patch
only tries to pick the rather low-hanging fruits.
Note that 221 and 250 only pass when .lseek is correctly implemented,
which is only possible with a libfuse that is 3.8 or newer.

If the test environment has some other child processes running (like a
storage daemon that provides a FUSE export), then "wait" will never
finish. Use wait=yes _cleanup_qemu instead.
(We need to discard the output so there is no change to the reference
output.)

Some tests requires O_DIRECT, or want it by default. Introduce smarter
O_DIRECT handling:
- Check O_DIRECT in common.rc, if it is requested by selected
cache-mode.
- Support second fall-through argument in _default_cache_mode

The image end offset as reported by qemu-img check is different when
using an external data file; we do not care about its value here, so we
can just filter it. Incidentally, common.rc already has _check_test_img
for us which does exactly that.

Quoting cache mode is not needed, and most tests use unquoted values.
Unify all test to use the same style.

Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD,
the package installs it in /usr/local/bin.
Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH.
Patch created mechanically by running:
$ git grep -lE '#! ?/bin/bash' -- tests/qemu-iotests \
| while read f; do \
sed -i 's|^#!.\?/bin/bash$|#!/usr/bin/env bash|' $f; \
done

Running
git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests
has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has
no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last
use. So execute the following cmd to remove all of
the 'here=...' lines as dead code.
sed -i '/^here=/d' $(git grep -l '^here=' tests/qemu-iotests)

We should allow testing this on tmpfs. Any cache setting in iotests
should try to obey $CACHEMODE.
The cache mode is still "none" by default but overridable

This is an initial, simple live migration test from one
running VM to another, using monitor commands.
This is also an example of using the new common.qemu functions
for controlling multiple running qemu instances, for tests that
need a live qemu vm.
