Introduce a new feature flag, VIRTIO_NET_F_SPEED_DUPLEX, which allows the hypervisor to export a linkspeed and duplex setting. The user can subsequently overwrite it later if desired via: 'ethtool -s'. PS: Since it's generic function now, don't patch FIRMWARE_CTRL, DSDT fields if they don't point to tables since platform might not provide them and use X_ variants instead if applicable.
