[e1000] Remove unused variable when ICR register is simply cleared

On reset and close, the ICR register is read to clear any pending interrupts, but the value is simply ignored. Avoid assigning the value to a variable, to inhibit a warning from gcc 4.6. [build] Rename gPXE to iPXE

Access to the gpxe.org and etherboot.org domains and associated resources has been revoked by the registrant of the domain. Work around this problem by renaming project from gPXE to iPXE, and updating URLs to match. Also update README, LOG and COPYRIGHTS to remove obsolete information. Signed-off-by: Michael Brown

This commit adds an e1000e driver based on Intel source code available at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/e1000/ which is upstream source for the Linux kernel e1000 drivers, and should support many PCIe e1000 variants. Signed-off-by: Marty Connor
