\| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \|	Mark all files used in a standard build of bin-x86_64-efi/snponly.efi as permitted for UEFI Secure Boot. These files represent the core functionality of iPXE that is guaranteed to have been included in every binary that was previously subject to a security review and signed by Microsoft. *	[bios] Add bin-x86_64-pcbios build platform	Michael Brown	2016-02-16	1	-0/+14
	Move most arch/i386 files to arch/x86, and adjust the contents of the Makefiles and the include/bits/*.h headers to reflect the new locations. This patch makes no substantive code changes, as can be seen using a rename-aware diff (e.g. "git show -M5").
