From f57743f2590a4c314c1c6998cc118495add5343e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Michael Brown Date: Thu, 26 Feb 2015 15:43:40 +0000 Subject: [legal] Update GPLv2 licence text Update the GPLv2 licence text to the current version (with the current address of the Free Software Foundation, and without the Y2k compatibility issue). Rename the GPLv2 licence text to COPYING.GPLv2 (to hopefully make it clearer that the licence does not apply to all files within the source tree) and rename COPYRIGHTS to COPYING.
