Simple and less powerful version of the Taskmanager.

Taskmanager is based on RMI, however I needed to access the Taskmanager
from PHP, and retrofitting the existing Taskmanager to have a json
interface proved quite complicated, so this is pretty much a rewrite following
the basic concepts of Taskmanager. There's still the split between the daemon
and the interface for defining tasks. The tasks we need for our project have
actually been moved to a separate repository.

Taskmanager-Lite uses a plugin system, just put your jar containing your tasks
in the plugins/ subdirectory and they will be loaded at startup.
