The external ungrab command might have generated some synthetic
keyboard or mouse events, which would in turn immediately
disable the screen saver again if it gets activated (but not locked).
This is supposed to help mitigate that case.

This is (like most things) an ugly quick hack. There should simply be an
option to disable stopping the hack while the password prompt is
displayed.

The SIGSTOP would arrive before bwlp-screensaver has a chance to fork,
so you don't see anything after wakeup from screen suspend.
Sleep 50ms to prevent this.
