* ARM: w1-gpio: fix erroneous gpio requestsJohan Hovold2013-03-131-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Fix regression introduced by commit d2323cf773 ("onewire: w1-gpio: add ext_pullup_enable pin in platform data") which added a gpio entry to the platform data, but did not add the required initialisers to the board files using it. Consequently, the driver would request gpio 0 at probe, which could break other uses of the corresponding pin. On AT91 requesting gpio 0 changes the pin muxing for PIOA0, which, for instance, breaks SPI0 on at91sam9g20. * ARM: delete struct sys_timerStephen Warren2012-12-241-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct, and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization function itself. This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init() function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at: http://www.spinics.net/lists/arm-kernel/msg203686.html Includes mach-omap2 fixes from Igor Grinberg. * ARM: ixp4xx: use runtime ioremap hookRob Herring2012-03-071-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | Convert ixp4xx platforms to use run-time ioremap hook instead of the compile time hook. Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <rob.herring@calxeda.com> Cc: Imre Kaloz <kaloz@openwrt.org> Cc: Krzysztof Halasa <khc@pm.waw.pl>
* ARM: restart: ixp4xx: use new restart hookRussell King2012-01-051-0/+1
| | | | | | | | Hook these platforms restart code into the new restart hook rather than using arch_reset(). Acked-by: Krzysztof Hałasa <khc@pm.waw.pl> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

* arm: remove machine_desc.io_pg_offst and .phys_ioNicolas Pitre2010-10-201-2/+0Star
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc. The various declarations were removed using the following script: grep -rl MACHINE_START arch/arm | xargs \ sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }' [ Initial patch was from Jeremy Kerr, example script from Russell King ] Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <nicolas.pitre@linaro.org> Acked-by: Eric Miao <eric.miao at canonical.com>
* ixp4xx: base support for Arcom VulcanMarc Zyngier2010-05-271-0/+246
This patch adds some basic support for the Arcom Vulcan (ixp425 based). Supported devices include: - XR16L551 serial ports - External watchdog - Flash - SRAM - 1-wire id Signed-off-by: Marc Zyngier <maz@misterjones.org> Cc: Imre Kaloz <kaloz@openwrt.org> Cc: Krzysztof Halasa <khc@pm.waw.pl> Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Hałasa <khc@pm.waw.pl>
