ia64 doesn't have old and new versions of the umount system call.
It just has the new version.
Fixes this build warning:

Remove __attribute__((weak)) from common code sys_pipe implemantation.
IA64, ALPHA, SUPERH (32bit) and SPARC (32bit) have own implemantations
with the same name. Just rename them.
For sys_pipe2 there is no architecture specific implementation.

It's just a duplicate of the native sys_pause, which we can use after
defining __ARCH_WANT_SYS_PAUSE.

After moving the the include files there were a few clean-ups:
1) Some files used #include <asm-ia64/xyz.h>, changed to <asm/xyz.h>
2) Some comments alerted maintainers to look at various header files to
make matching updates if certain code were to be changed. Updated these
comments to use the new include paths.
3) Some header files mentioned their own names in initial comments. Just
deleted these self references.
