* [MIPS] Declare some pci variables in header fileAtsushi Nemoto2008-07-151-1/+0Star
| | | | | | | | Declare pci_probe_only, etc. in asm-mips/pci.h file. This will fix some sparse warnings. Signed-off-by: Atsushi Nemoto <anemo@mba.ocn.ne.jp> Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>
* [MIPS] Remove obsolete isa_slot_offsetMaciej W. Rozycki2008-07-151-3/+0Star
| | | | | | | | | The isa_slot_offset variable and its __ISA_IO_base macro is not used anywhere anymore. It does not look like a decent interface per today's standards either. Remove both including all places of initialization. Signed-off-by: Maciej W. Rozycki <macro@linux-mips.org> Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>

* [MIPS] PCI: Make dev pointer argument of pcibios_map_irq const.Ralf Baechle2007-07-101-1/+1
| | | | | | | This is to break the code of people who think they are supposed to scribble into the pci device structure - it's off limits. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
