* sh: Mass ctrl_in/outX to __raw_read/writeX conversion.Paul Mundt2010-01-261-4/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | The old ctrl in/out routines are non-portable and unsuitable for cross-platform use. While drivers/sh has already been sanitized, there is still quite a lot of code that is not. This converts the arch/sh/ bits over, which permits us to flag the routines as deprecated whilst still building with -Werror for the architecture code, and to ensure that future users are not added. * [PATCH] sh: SuperHyway support for SH4-202Paul Mundt2005-11-072-0/+177
This adds support for the relatively quirky (ie, not in line with any known documentation, and amazed it works at all) SuperHyway implementation on SH4-202. This depends on the earlier SuperHyway patch for multiple block support and VCR refactoring.
