* Input: ad7879 - add device tree supportStefan Agner2016-03-081-0/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Add device tree support for the I2C and SPI variant of AD7879(-1). This allows to specify the touchscreen controller as a I2C client node or SPI slave device. Most of the options available in platform data are also available as device tree properties, the only exception being GPIO capabilities, which can not be activated through device tree currently. * Input: convert SPI drivers to use module_spi_driver()Axel Lin2012-03-171-11/+1Star
| | | | | | | | | This patch converts the drivers in drivers/input/* to use the module_spi_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit simpler. Signed-off-by: Axel Lin <axel.lin@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dtor@mail.ru>
* Input: remove redundant spi driver bus initializationLars-Peter Clausen2011-11-291-1/+0Star
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In ancient times it was necessary to manually initialize the bus field of an spi_driver to spi_bus_type. These days this is done in spi_driver_register(), so we can drop the manual assignment. The patch was generated using the following coccinelle semantic patch: // <smpl> @@ identifier _driver; @@ struct spi_driver _driver = { .driver = { - .bus = &spi_bus_type, }, }; // </smpl> Signed-off-by: Lars-Peter Clausen <lars@metafoo.de> Signed-off-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dtor@mail.ru>

| * drivers/input: Add module.h to modular drivers implicitly using itPaul Gortmaker2011-11-011-0/+1

* | Input: ad7879 - consolidate PM methodsDmitry Torokhov2011-11-161-25/+1Star

* Input: ad7879 - convert SPI to dev_pm_opsMark Brown2011-01-211-8/+9
| | | | | | | | | | | There is a move to deprecate bus-specific PM operations and move to using dev_pm_ops instead in order to reduce the amount of boilerplate code in buses and facilitate updates to the PM core. Do this move for the ad7879 SPI driver. * Input: ad7879 - split bus logic outMike Frysinger2010-07-031-0/+190
The ad7879 driver is using the old bus method of only supporting one at a time (I2C or SPI). So refactor it like the other input drivers that support multiple busses simultaneously.
