* media: fix media Kconfig help syntax issuesHans Verkuil2017-09-231-8/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The help text should be indented by at least two spaces after the 'help' separator. This is both good practice and the media_build system for building media drivers makes this assumption. I went through all Kconfigs under drivers/media and fixed any bad help sections. This makes it conform to the common practice and should fix problems with 'make menuconfig' when using media_build. This is due to a "WARNING" message that media_build can insert in the Kconfig and that assumes the help text is indented by at least two spaces. If not, then the Kconfig becomes invalid and 'make menuconfig' fails. * [media] media: fix gspca drivers build dependenciesRandy Dunlap2015-03-031-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Several (15) drivers in media/usb/gspca use IF_ENABLED(CONFIG_INPUT) to decide if they should call input* interfaces, but those drivers do not build successfully when CONFIG_INPUT=m and the gspca drivers are builtin (=y). Making USB_GSPCA depend on INPUT || INPUT=n fixes the build dependencies and allows all of them to build cleanly. Fixes these build errors (selections, not all are listed): drivers/built-in.o: In function `gspca_disconnect': (.text+0x32ed0f): undefined reference to `input_unregister_device' drivers/built-in.o: In function `sd_isoc_irq': konica.c:(.text+0x333098): undefined reference to `input_event' konica.c:(.text+0x3330ab): undefined reference to `input_event' drivers/built-in.o: In function `sd_stopN': konica.c:(.text+0x3338d3): undefined reference to `input_event' konica.c:(.text+0x3338e5): undefined reference to `input_event' drivers/built-in.o: In function `ov51x_handle_button': ov519.c:(.text+0x335ddb): undefined reference to `input_event' drivers/built-in.o:ov519.c:(.text+0x335ded): more undefined references to `input_event' follow pac7302.c:(.text+0x336ea1): undefined reference to `input_event' pac7302.c:(.text+0x336eb3): undefined reference to `input_event' drivers/built-in.o: In function `sd_pkt_scan': spca561.c:(.text+0x338fd8): undefined reference to `input_event' drivers/built-in.o:spca561.c:(.text+0x338feb): more undefined references to `input_event' follow t613.c:(.text+0x33a6fd): undefined reference to `input_event' drivers/built-in.o:t613.c:(.text+0x33a70f): more undefined references to `input_event' follow Signed-off-by: Randy Dunlap <rdunlap@infradead.org> Cc: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@osg.samsung.com>

* [media] media/usb/gspca: Add support for Scopium astro webcam (0547:7303)Robert Butora2014-04-151-0/+10
| | | | | | | | | | This patch does not modify existing drivers. It adds subdriver to gspca for DTCS033 (Scopium) webcam for astrophotography. The patch adds dtcs033.c and modifies Kconfig and Makefile. * [media] introduce gspca-stk1135: Syntek STK1135 driverOndrej Zary2013-08-211-0/+9
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Hello, this is a new gspca driver for Syntek STK1135 webcams. The code is completely new, but register values are based on Syntekdriver (stk11xx) by Nicolas VIVIEN (http://syntekdriver.sourceforge.net). Only one webcam type is supported now - vendor 0x174f, device 0x6a31. It's Asus F5RL laptop flippable webcam with MT9M112. The camera works better than in Windows - initializes much faster and provides more resolutions (the sensor can do almost any resolution - just add it to the stk1135_modes[] - could this feature be somehow used by applications to avoid SW scaling?). Autoflip works too - when the camera is flipped around, the image is flipped automatically.
