Instead of using magic number in the code the patch provides
DW_DMA_MAX_NR_MASTERS constant.
While here, restrict the reading of data width array by amount of the actual

The dma_dev field is widely used in filter functions to mach with a proper DMA
controller device. Thus it's not deprecated. The patch fixes the description of
that field. There is no functional change.

The following patch adds coupled cpuidle support for Exynos4210 to
an existing cpuidle-exynos driver. As a result it enables AFTR mode
to be used by default on Exynos4210 without the need to hot unplug
CPU1 first.
The patch is heavily based on earlier cpuidle-exynos4210 driver from
Daniel Lezcano:

Changes from Daniel's code include:
- porting code to current kernels
- fixing it to work on my setup (by using S5P_INFORM register
instead of S5P_VA_SYSRAM one on Revison 1.1 and retrying poking
CPU1 out of the BOOT ROM if necessary)
- fixing rare lockup caused by waiting for CPU1 to get stuck in
the BOOT ROM (CPU hotplug code in arch/arm/mach-exynos/platsmp.c
doesn't require this and works fine)
- moving Exynos specific code to arch/arm/mach-exynos/pm.c
- using cpu_boot_reg_base() helper instead of BOOT_VECTOR macro
- using exynos_cpu_*() helpers instead of accessing registers
directly
- using arch_send_wakeup_ipi_mask() instead of dsb_sev()
(this matches CPU hotplug code in arch/arm/mach-exynos/platsmp.c)
- integrating separate exynos4210-cpuidle driver into existing
exynos-cpuidle one

The serirq gpio pin is used only as interrupt. After driver initialization,
the serirq signal is always used through interrupt and never with gpio
kernel API.
The irq can then be initialized during the platform_data definition within the client->irq pin.

tpm_i2c_buffer[0], [1] buffer.
In order to clean big buffers in st33zp24_platform_data structure,
replace with tpm_stm_dev for driver internal usage.
As only one buffer is really necessary replace with buf field.
In the mean time move tpm_i2c_stm_st33.h to include/linux/platform_data.

The only function of these 'prepare' and 'complete' is to
disable the 'card detect' irq during suspend.
The commit which added this,
commit a48ce884d5819d5df2cf1139ab3c43f8e9e419b3
mmc: omap_hsmmc: Introduce omap_hsmmc_prepare/complete
justified it by the need to avoid the registration of new devices
during suspend.
However mmc_pm_notify will set ->rescan_disable in the 'prepare'
stage and clear it in the 'complete' stage, so no card detection
will actually happen.
Also the interrupt will be disabled before final suspend as part
of common suspend processing.
So this disabling of the interrupt is unnecessary, and interferes
with a transition to using common code for card-detect management.

st21nfca has 1 physical SWP line and can support up to 2 secure elements
(UICC & eSE) thanks to an external switch managed with a gpio.
The platform integrator needs to specify thanks to 2 initialization
properties, uicc-present and ese-present, if it is suppose to have uicc
and/or ese. Of course if the platform does not have an external switch,
only one kind of secure element can be supported. Those parameters are
under platform integrator responsibilities.
During initialization, the white_list will be set according to those
parameters.
The discovery_se function will assume a secure element is physically
present according to uicc-present and ese-present values and will add it
to the secure element list. On ese activation, the atr is retrieved to
calculate a command exchange timeout based on the first atr(TB) value.
The se_io will allow to transfer data over SWP. 2 kind of events may appear
after a data is sent over:
- ST21NFCA_EVT_TRANSMIT_DATA when receiving an apdu answer
- ST21NFCA_EVT_WTX_REQUEST when the secure element needs more time than
expected to compute a command. If this timeout expired, a first recovery
tentative consist to send a simple software reset proprietary command.
If this tentative still fail, a second recovery tentative consist to send
a hardware reset proprietary command.
This function is only relevant for eSE like secure element.
This patch also change the way a pipe is referenced. There can be
different pipe connected to the same gate with different host destination
(ex: CONNECTIVITY). In order to keep host information every pipe are
reference with a tuple (gate, host). In order to reduce changes, we are
keeping unchanged the way a gate is addressed on the Terminal Host.
However, this is working because we consider the apdu reader gate is only
present on the eSE slot also the connectivity gate cannot give a reliable
value; it will give the latest stored pipe value.

DWC3 Exynos Specific Glue layer can be used only for Exynos SoCs.
In addition, non-DT for EXYNOS SoCs is not supported from v3.11;
thus, there is no need to support non-DT for DWC3 Exynos Specific
Glue layer.
The 'linux/platform_data/dwc3-exynos.h' file has been used for
non-DT support. Thus, the 'dwc3-exynos.h' file is removed, because
it is not used anymore.

'Here's what should be the last bluetooth-next pull request for 3.19.
It's rather large but the majority of it is the Low Energy Secure
Connections feature that's part of the Bluetooth 4.2 specification. The
specification went public only this week so we couldn't publish the
corresponding code before that. The code itself can nevertheless be
considered fairly mature as it's been in development for over 6 months
and gone through several interoperability test events.
Besides LE SC the pull request contains an important fix for command
complete events for mgmt sockets which also fixes some leaks of hci_conn
objects when powering off or unplugging Bluetooth adapters.
A smaller feature that's part of the pull request is service discovery
support. This is like normal device discovery except that devices not
matching specific UUIDs or strong enough RSSI are filtered out.

Pull sound updates from Takashi Iwai:
"This became a fairly large pull request. In addition to the usual
driver updates / fixes, there have been a high amount of cleanups in
ASoC area, as well as control API helpers and kernel documentations
fixes touching through the whole tree.
In the driver side, the biggest changes are the support for new Intel
SoC found on new x86 machines, and the updates of FireWire dice and
oxfw drivers.
Some remarkable items are below:
ALSA core:
- PCM mmap code cleanup, removal of arch-dependent codes
- PCM xrun injection support
- PCM hwptr tracepoint support
- Refactoring of snd_pcm_action(), simplification of PCM locking

HD-audio:
- Refactoring the driver-caps quirk handling in snd-hda-intel
- More consistent control names representing the topology better
- Fixups: HP mute LED with ALC268 codec, Ideapad S210 built-in mic
fix, ASUS Z99He laptop EAPD
ASoC:
- Conversion of AC'97 drivers to use regmap, bringing us closer to
the removal of the ASoC level I/O code
- Clean up a lot of old drivers that were open coding things that
have subsequently been implemented in the core
- Some DAPM performance improvements
- Removal of the now seldom used CODEC mutex
- Lots of updates for the newer Intel SoC support, including support
for the DSP and some Cherrytrail and Braswell machine drivers
- Support for Samsung boards using rt5631 as the CODEC
- Removal of the obsolete AFEB9260 machine driver
- Driver support for the TI TS3A227E headset driver used in some
Chrombeooks
Others:
- ASIHPI driver update and cleanups

These callbacks are set during driver probe and not from the platform
init, -- evtl. they had been for oamp 1/2 -- for omap3 they are local
functions of the driver. These indirection could be dropped
altogether in favor of regular function calls TODO

omap_hsmmc supports only one slot per controller, see OMAP_MMC_MAX_SLOTS.
This unnecessary indirection leads to confusion in the omap_hsmmc driver.
For example the card_detect callback is not installed by platform code
but from the driver probe function. So it should be a field of
omap_hsmmc_host. But since it is declared under the platform slot while
the drivers struct omap_hsmmc_host has no slot abstraction, this looks
like a bug, especially when not familiar that this driver only supports
1 slot anyway.
Either we should add a slot abstraction to omap_hsmmc_host or remove
it from the platform data struct. Removed since slot multiplexing is
an un-implemented feature

platform data is built from omap2_hsmmc_info, remove all fields that
are never set in omap_hsmmc_info, hence never copied to platform data.
Note that the omap_hsmmc driver is not affected by this patch those
fields were completely unused.
