SCTP_SENDER_DRY_EVENT When the SCTP stack has no more user data to send or retransmit, this notification is given to the user. Also, at the time when a user app subscribes to this event, if there is no data to be sent or retransmit, the stack will immediately send up this notification. The reason is that it changes the subsequent enum space and causes option values to be redefined. Reasons for setting the I-bit include o The sender is in the SHUTDOWN-PENDING state. o The application requests to set the I-bit of the last DATA chunk of a user message when providing the user message to the SCTP implementation. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it.
