Now no bitmap is allocated to keep track of dirty storage attributes; the extra bits of the per-memslot bitmap that are always present anyway are now used for this purpose. The code has also been refactored a little to improve readability. This includes migration support (via sync regs) and VSIE changes. The tokens are being reset on clear reset. This has to be implemented by userspace (via sync regs). This lets us check for enablement without having to take the mm semaphore and thus speedup skey emulation.
