Subject: lib/sysfs.c: use fcntl(..F_DUPFD_CLOEXEC) instead of dup(2)

"The two descriptors do not share file descriptor flags (the
close-on-exec flag).  The close-on-exec flag  for the duplicate descriptor is off"
