hw/ppc/Kconfig: Bamboo machine requires e1000 network card
This fixes when configuring with CONFIG_PCI_DEVICES=n:
$ qemu-system-ppc64 -bios /dev/null -M bamboo
qemu-system-ppc64: Unsupported NIC model: e1000
