Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/kevin/tags/for-upstream' into staging
Block layer patches:
- auto-read-only option to fix commit job when used with -blockdev
- Fix help text related qemu-iotests failure (by improving the help text
and updating the reference output)
- quorum: Add missing checks when adding/removing child nodes
