Makefile: use $(INSTALL_LIB) for modules not $(INSTALL_PROG)
We have $(INSTALL_LIB) which is the same as $(INSTALL_PROG) but
uses correct permissions. Loadable objects (modules) are like
shared libraries, not like programs.
