rdma: Rename INTERFACE_RDMA_PROVIDER_CLASS macro
Rename the macro to be consistent with RDMA_PROVIDER and
RDMA_PROVIDER_GET_CLASS.
This will make future conversion to OBJECT_DECLARE* easier.
