Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/cohuck/tags/s390x-20140627' into staging
A series of patches to the s390-ccw bios:
- code cleanup
- improved error reporting
- most important, support to ipl (boot) from ECKD DASD (CDL, LDL or CMS
formatted)
