Resolves WHPX breaking changes in SDK 17095
1. Fixes the changes required to the WHvTryMmioEmulation, WHvTryIoEmulation, and
WHvEmulatorCreateEmulator based on the new VpContext forwarding.
2. Removes the WHvRunVpExitReasonAlerted case.
