hw/arm/virt: eliminate struct VirtGuestInfoState
Instead of allocating a new struct just for VirtGuestInfo and the
machine_done Notifier, place them inside VirtMachineState. This
is the mach-virt equivalent of "pc: Eliminate struct
PcGuestInfoState"
