virtio/virtio-balloon: Prefer Object* over void* parameter
*opaque is an alias to *obj. Using the ladder makes the code consistent with
with other devices, e.g. accel/kvm/kvm-all and accel/tcg/tcg-all. It also
makes the cast more typesafe.
