two new methods in the JavascriptInterface class. public slot methods:

shutDown() and reboot()

both emit a signal (shutDownClient() / rebootClient() ) which is connected
in the fbgui class with the fbgui::performShutDown() / fbgui::performReboot()
method. (ticket: #215)
