Framebuffer BootSplash for OpenSLX

To compile, use:
./build.sh
The binary will end up in bin/
(use "-c" to make a clean build)
Note: Make sure qmake (from QtEmbedded) is in your PATH variable.
To run the program (on the qvfb), use:
./run.sh
(this will start qvfb and launch fbsplash on it, similar to fbgui)
