[build] Accept EMBED=... as a synonym for EMBEDDED_IMAGE=...
Make the build command line less cumbersome by accepting
make DEBUG=int13 EMBED=test.ipxe
rather then
make DEBUG=int13 EMBEDDED_IMAGE=test.ipxe
