[prefix] Remove .bImage in favor of .lkrn
The .lkrn prefix allows gPXE to be loaded as a Linux bzImage. The
bImage prefix was carried over from legacy Etherboot and does not build.
This patch removes the .bImage prefix, use .lkrn instead.
