| The name "vesafb" is intrinsically specific to a BIOS environment. Generalise the build configuration option CONSOLE_VESAFB to CONSOLE_FRAMEBUFFER, in preparation for adding EFI framebuffer support. Existing configurations using CONSOLE_VESAFB will continue to work.
