* added new DB-field attr_ramfs_miscmods to system table
* added support to slxconfig-demuxer for passing attr_ramfs_miscmods to
mkdxsinitrd, such that it will be asked to copy the miscellaneous modules,
too.
N.B.: However this does not seem to work for vesafb, as the result was
an empty directory 'vesafb.ko' in the initramfs. Does not seem
right to me, at least ...
