Append rev$( svnversion) to OPENSLX_VERSION_STRING if
OPENSLX_SVN_SNAPSHOT is yes,y, or 1.
This allows us to create a daily snapshot if the svn revision changes
with a
OPENSLX_SVN_SNAPSHOT=yes make tarball
call.
