Started NFSv4 integration (only sensible for newer distros, e.g.
SuSE 10.), removed AFS from SuSE10.2 (deprecated), fixed init for
(nfsroot= deprecated too) and fixed functions for @@@serverip@@@
(dsuchod if --username dsuchod does not work)
