Android Goldfish PIC

Android Goldfish programmable interrupt device used by Android
emulator.

Required properties:

- compatible : should contain "google,goldfish-pic"
- reg        : <registers mapping>
- interrupts : <interrupt mapping>

Example for mips when used in cascade mode:
