staging: unisys: refactor CONTROLVM_MESSAGE_DEVICE_CONFIGURE
Remove the typedef from CONTROLVM_MESSAGE_DEVICE_CONFIGURE, replacing it
with struct controlvm_message_device_configure. Fix CamelCase names and
update all references.
