Staging: unisys: channels: Cleanup sparse warnings
Clean up multiple sparse warnings mostly due to different address spaces when accessing I/O memory. Also, remove SignalRemoveAll(), SignalQueueHasOneElement(), SignalQueueIsFull(), because they were never called.
