mfd: cros_ec: Instantiate properly CrOS ISH MCU device
Integrated Sensor Hub (ISH) is also a MCU running EC having feature bit EC_FEATURE_ISH. Instantiate it as a special CrOS EC device with device name 'cros_ish'.
