This converts the mentioned platforms to use the newly introduced driver
for the common clock framework for them.
With this the whole legacy clock structure can go away too.

Since all the used PWM prescalers and dividers configuration has been
moved to appropriate drivers, the pwm-clock infrastructure is now
unused and so this patch removes it.

The different soc functions are now only used in the mach-s3c24xx
directory, so it's not necessary anymore to keep the globally
visible.

Actually, SPI channel 0 on 2443 is mapped to HS SPI controller,
and to enable s3c2410-spi controller, we should power on channel
1 in PCLKCON. There is no channel 0 SPI on s3c2443, so delete its
clock.

Platform data is used to specify controller hardware specific information
such as the tx/rx fifo level mask and bit offset of rx fifo level. Such
information is not suitable to be supplied from device tree. Instead,
it can be moved into the driver data and removed from platform data.

When the hsmmc clock lookup was changed to be lookup tables based,
it seems the S3C2443 was forgotten.
As subsequent patches will want to add more lookups to it, this
patch adds the base table with the missing hsmmc lookup.

s3c2443_common_setup_clocks is always called through
s3c2443_common_init_clocks, so there is no need to call it separately.
It was also called twice through this separate call.

This patch moves S3C2443 stuff into mach-s3c24xx/ directory
so that we can merge the s3c24 series' directories to the
just one mach-s3c24xx/ directory.
