All files name prefix removed due to the fact that wl12xx driver supports
wl1271 and wl1273.
Also the definition in Kconfig and header files changed respectively.

These are unused and as with a previous patch 5ef5da for wl1251
this removes some other unused flags. the IRQ_MASK specifically
conflicts with include/pcmcia/cs.h when using compat-wireless.

In order to make the firmware configuration more manageable, collect
hardcoded configuration values into one data structure, and set default values
there.
Add the SoftGemini BT/WLAN coex paramters into the config structure.

Remove separate interrupt register reading from the interrupt handling
routine. This will slightly improve interrupt performance.

Remove RX workaround which is not needed with newer firmware revisions. This
will reduce one SPI register transaction per RX packet.

This driver supports the wl1271 chipset from Texas Instruments based on the
WiLink(tm) 6.0 mobile platform. Support for wl1273 should be relatively easy
to add. This chipset is designed for embedded devices, with good powersaving
capabilities. The wl1271 chipset is the successor of wl1251 and supports the
802.11b/g/n standards, but currently this driver supports only b/g.
