that's a much more reasonable location for
those drivers. It helps us saving drivers/usb/otg/
for when we actually start adding generic OTG
code.
Also completely delete drivers/usb/otg/ as there's
nothing left there.

Use struct usb_otg members with OTG specific functions instead
of usb_phy members.

This driver is for ChipIdea USB OTG controller on Marvell Socs.
PXA9xx/MMP2/MMP3/MGx all have this USB OTG controller.
