libmount: add "+" prefix for options pattern (e.g findmnt -O)
Examples:
* findmnt --fstab -O noauto
Returns all entries where is not "auto" option (including entries
with "noauto" option.
* findmnt --fstab -O +noauto
Returns all entries where is literally "noauto" option.
